When I'm Cleaning Windows has been rumbling through my head since I started them. It's an interesting old song by George Formby and is worth a listen.
My window cleaning exploits weren't nearly as interesting as his.
On second thought, today he'd probably be considered a peeping tom who could escalate to committing sexual assaults.

DeleteMy Rare One swears by using newspapers to clean windows with. That's a real old-fashioned thing, I believe.
