Two weeks

In a mere two weeks, the scenes have changed in Irishtown and along the Millman Road.

The Millman road, then

and now.

There is a green glow above the old dirt road. The sun and the canopy soften the scene and the shadows on the road dance with the breeze.

Across the Irishtown Road, then

and now.

The new green of this late spring lifts the spirit.

The grass is greener. Then

compared to now.

Two weeks ago, none of the leaves were visible.

Now many are open but more have yet to appear.

On the way to Irishtown, we passed many fields which are a dandy yellow colour. It is said the bees love these beauties. It looks like there will be happy bees in this area this year.

Finally, the ploughing has been done on these fields along the Millman Road. These visible contour-like lines make the scene through the trees unique.

Simply georgeous. No wonder you live there.
You must have found a solution to the "too many picture problems." What did you do?

Beautiful! A wonderful blossoming of nature. As far as the photos, I always "clean house" on my blog and remove posts, and then delete my photos permanently. I suppose there might be a limit of photos before you have to buy space. I will add the link on another comment form in case you don't take links...I couldn't find out how on my photos under my settings so I searched the question on google on how to delete my google photos. Here is the link to go into your photo album to permanently delete photos:
https://support.google.com/picasa/answer/7008270?hl=en
On that page you go to album archive and you individually delete each photo (to be safe and not accidentally delete them all) Andrea

Once nature gets moving she really gets moving doesn't she? Those colours must gladden your heart (as your photos do mine).

Once the warmth starts, the green really shows itself!

Do some of your evergreens get lighter needles each year as one sees here, for a few weeks until they darken?

It really is amazing the difference two weeks makes when seasons change. Super view through the trees in last shot Marie, freshly plowed fields are so photogenic ✨
