If that's your grey then we can beat that in the UK today - grey, cloudy, overcast, half-dark, gloomy, miserable, cold and raining. I'm staying indoors!

Wow, I loved the contrast of the red soil, and the gray tree branches. So beautiful! Do you have snow there yet? We are getting our first noticeable amount of snow this week here. It is beautiful. Hugs to you :)

. . .and that's the good bit! The met man says not to worry though, it's going to clear up and rain heavily, turning to snow which will freeze by morning. Oh goody goody gumdrops. I can't wait!

It is bitterly cold here these days, Tomoko.

John and Keith,

The cold here with the high wind makes it tough to dress warm enough to go out.

That areais gorgeous, even when the trees are bare, Diane.

I think there is some ironwood there. I don’t know what the rest of it is though, Joanne.

The area is like a nave, Debra, even without leaves.

It was time for a winter header, Jan!

There is beauty in the greyness, too. I like being able to see the tree trunks and lacy tops this time of year. Nice photo, and there are both red and green in there, too - perfect for Christmas :)

Marie Smith said...

It is like you are walking through a room there, Jenny.

It is indeed, Jenn!
