Yesterday was one of those summer days you remember all year, warm, sunny with cloudy periods and a nice breeze. Picnic time! We enjoyed the park with our friends and on the way home, dropped by Malpeque Fine Iron Products to see their creations.
Take a look. What creatures do you see and what are they made of?
How about this one?
Or this creepy creature.
My favourite...
Everyone knows this creature.
And the following?
Look familiar?
How about these cuties?
There is so much more at the shop and it's all produced in this workshop.
I will never look at old metal items the same way again! Recycling at its best!

If they are not too expensive, I would buy some for my garden. I love the recycling aspect.
Oh, what fun! I loved the little piggies the most, but they are all just delightful. Thanks for the morning smiles. :-)
So inventive! And cute!
Aren't these fun! I've seen such little and big sculptures at art fairs for the last little while.
Recycling and whimsy go really, really well together.
Whau, some people are talented! Those are great and a wonderful way to recycle.
So do I. I only focused on a few animals. There is so much there.
Each one you see is a surprise, Jan. They are so creative.
They really are, Debra. And there is so much more there besides creatures.
People are being inventive, that's for sure.
They sure do, EC.
The recycling is great and the products bring a smile.
I too like the chicken best. I'm a sucker for red, just not on me.
My favourite by far.
I love the little piggies most of all :)
That kind of creativity really makes me smile big time, Marie. To think they can create such whimsy and sell it to people who are thrilled to have it. How fun.
We wouldn't be able to resist those! Great fun.
Others have liked the piggies too. They are cute and made of propane tanks. Such great recycling there.
I love it too, Ginnie! People are charmed by the whimsy!
They are fun, FG. We love them!
